Refund Policy

Adsigen provides professional digital marketing, software development, and consulting services that involve strategic planning, time, expertise, and customized work.

Because our services are personalized and begin immediately after project confirmation, all payments made are generally non-refundable once work has commenced, except where otherwise agreed in writing.

Digital marketing services involve planning, research, campaign setup, optimization, reporting, and continuous management.

Marketing performance depends on many factors, including competition, industry trends, customer behavior, advertising platforms, budget, and market conditions. Therefore, Adsigen does not guarantee specific rankings, leads, sales, revenue, or return on investment (ROI).

Adsigen manages advertising campaigns on third-party platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Please note:

• Advertising budgets paid to Google, Meta, or other advertising platforms are not collected or refunded by Adsigen.
• Platform fees and advertising spend are non-refundable.
• Once campaigns are launched, management fees are non-refundable.

SEO is a long-term marketing strategy.

Due to the nature of SEO services:

• Payments are non-refundable once work begins.
• Search engine rankings cannot be guaranteed.
• Results vary depending on competition, website condition, content quality, and search engine algorithms.

Adsigen makes every reasonable effort to improve visibility but cannot guarantee first-page rankings or specific keyword positions.

Website development projects are customized for each client.

For Android, iOS, and cross-platform app development:

• Advance payments are non-refundable once work begins.
• Development milestones already completed must be paid for.
• Any custom features developed specifically for the client are non-refundable.

Project timelines depend on timely cooperation from the client.

Delays caused by the client—including but not limited to:

• Delayed content submission
• Delayed approvals
• Delayed feedback
• Delayed payments
• Changes in project requirements

—may result in revised delivery timelines. Such delays do not qualify for a refund.

Refunds will not be provided if:

• The client changes their business strategy.
• The client no longer requires the service.
• The client hires another agency.
• The client decides not to continue the project after work has started.
• The client is dissatisfied despite work being delivered according to the agreed scope.

Adsigen may recommend or integrate third-party products and services, including:

• Domain Registration
• Web Hosting
• Cloud Services
• Premium Themes
• Premium Plugins
• APIs
• AI Tools
• Software Licenses
• Advertising Platforms

Payments made for these third-party services are non-refundable and are subject to the respective provider's refund policies.

For monthly marketing retainers:

• Clients may cancel future renewals by providing 30 days' written notice.
• Fees already paid for the current billing cycle are non-refundable.
• Services will continue until the end of the paid period unless otherwise agreed.

Adsigen reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:

• Required information is not provided.
• Payments are overdue.
• The client engages in illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or unethical activities.
• The client repeatedly violates agreed project terms.

In such cases, refunds may not be provided for work already completed.

At our sole discretion, Adsigen may consider partial refunds in exceptional situations, including:

• Duplicate payments
• Billing errors
• Payments made due to technical issues

Any approved refund will be processed using the original payment method where possible.

If a refund is approved:

Adsigen shall not be held liable for delays or interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Internet outages
• Cyber attacks
• Power failures
• Pandemics
• Third-party platform downtime

Such events do not entitle clients to refunds.
